Magical Season of Giving

This year, the Dayton Mall has chosen AUTISM as the theme for their Magical Season of Giving!

The Dayton Autism Society has been working closely with the Dayton Mall to develop community awareness, events for the kids, and special activities.

The first project is to create a video that will be shown on the video monitors throughout the Mall during the holiday season and beyond.  The theme of the video is...

I know I can!

Watch for the video throughout the season.

A visit with a sensitive Santa!

For all kids with sensory issues and their families.

9:00 AM - 12:00 PM

Dayton Mall, Santa set outside Macy's

To accomodate the sensory needs of these special kids, the visit takes place prior to store openings.  The mall will be empty and quiet, the music will be low or off, and the atmosphere will be calm.  Santa and his staff are aware of the sensory needs of these kids and are very patient.

The Dayton Mall and the Dayton Autism Society are working together so that your child's photo with Santa will be FREE!
