Thanks to everyone who made our first 5K walk and information expo such a HUGE success!
We had approx. 470 registered walkers, 51 teams, and at least 100 children or more! To date, we have raised more than
$29,300.00
for the DAYTON AREA families! And the donations are still coming in!
Everything we raise stays local to help local families. You can't say that about the "other" organization that holds walks in cities all over the country. The money they raise goes to their national organization to fund salaries, perks, and who knows what! And the local organizations never receive a dime! All I know is, they don't "speak" for me or my family!
We were so proud to spend the day with the families we serve and look foward to funding workshops, conferences, and more with the money YOU raised! Thank you!
